About Us

Azalea Rehab Services is a local outpatient rehabilitation clinic that effectively provides speech, occupational, language and swallowing disorder therapy and treatment for clients of every age group. We opened our doors in June 2012, and we continue to grow in the direction of the needs of our patients!

Katy is a Speech-Language Pathologist originally from Phoenix, Arizona. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Arizona State University. The Air Force brought her and her family to Valdosta in 2016. Her family includes her husband, Brett, and their two boys, Luke and Jake.

Ashley Livingston, M.Ed., CCC-SLP

Ashley Livingston is a Speech Language Pathologist in Valdosta, GA. She is a graduate from Valdosta State University where she received her Bachelors and Masters of Education in Communication Sciences & Disorders. She has experience working with pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics in the school, skilled nursing, and clinical setting. Ashley enjoys working with a variety of ages in the areas of language development, swallowing, and cognition.

Jillian Holsonback, PT, DPT

Jillian Holsonback is a licensed physical therapist who received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida in 2010. Upon graduation, she worked in an outpatient setting treating adults and children birth-50+ years of age with varying diagnoses. Since then, Jillian has lived in four different states and worked in a variety of settings including: outpatient pediatrics, skilled nursing facility, school system, and home health pediatrics.
